Bit of an unusal little job of removing a wooden dragonfly sculpture at RSPB Fairburn Ings.
The weighty sculpture was anchored down to concrete footings and had to be dismantled into separate sections before being taken away by trailer.
Although it was sad to see the sculpture removed it was clear that the rot within the dragonfly was significant and too dangerous to be kept at the play area.
